Website Terms

This website explains Baker Clubb’s approach to strategic business introductions and allows you to nominate an introduction, ask a question, or share communication preferences.

Submitting a nomination does not create a client engagement, commit Baker Clubb to a pursuit, or guarantee a meeting. Baker Clubb evaluates each proposed introduction individually and may decline. Engagement scope, success criteria, fees, and other commercial terms must be agreed separately before work begins.

Any person we approach is free to decline. Compensation to Baker Clubb does not purchase another person’s participation. An introduction does not guarantee a purchase, partnership, investment, or other commercial result.

Please provide accurate information, submit only information you are entitled to share, and use the site for legitimate business inquiries.

Questions about the site or a proposed introduction may be sent to riley@perfectlyhuman.ai.
